Lachlan is an Osteopath as well as a personal trainer with a double degree (Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Applied Science – Osteopathy), along with a Diploma of Fitness, a level 1 Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) along with Level 1 and Level 2 Myofascial Dry Needling.
He is also completing his degree in Exercise Science at Victoria University to further his education and rehabilitation knowledge, tutors at RMIT and is senior members of the medical staff at Avondal FC who play in the National Premier league.
Lachlan’s treatments get results with injuries such as rotator cuff issues, knee instability/pain, lower back pain, various tendinopathies’ as well as ankle sprains and neck pain. Lachlan uses Osteopathy and exercise to help get an individual become pain free, returning to a high level of performance. On his rare days off, you can find Lachlan at the gym, playing tennis and basketball with friends as well as going to watch his beloved Richmond in the AFL.
